The Knowledge Graph is a visual infographic that is located on the right-hand side of Google when you type in particular search terms. The knowledge graph can include: businesses, information about individuals, events, and more. This feature was added Google’s search engine in 2012.

Search relevancy algorithms favor links that come from trusted and relevant websites. You can increase trust rank with linking from high authority sites.
